Instructions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Saute bacon, onion and garlic until lightly browned. Stir in tomato sauce. Season with parsley, basil, garlic powder and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in peas. Toss with pasta until evenly coated.
Sprinkle top with Romano.
