Pear-Cranberry Chutney
You can never have too many condiment recipes, so give Pear-Cranberry Chutney If you have pears, ground cloves, gingerroot, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes about 2 hours and 10 minutes.
Instructions
In 2-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered about 1 hour, stirring frequently, until thickened.
Cool 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Serve chutney at room temperature for best flavor. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
