Heat oven to 375F (if using dark or nonstick cookie sheet, heat oven to 350F). In large bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir in flour and baking powder.
