Instructions
In a large skillet, brown meat in oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°.
Remove from the heat and keep warm. (
Let meat stand for 5 minutes before adding to baking dish.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine the water, butter, apple and raisins; bring to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix.
Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Transfer to a greased shallow 1-qt. baking dish. Top with meat. Spoon soup over meat and stuffing.
Cover and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
