Instructions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish; add pork, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight.
Remove pork from dish, reserving marinade.
Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Brush with reserved marinade. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest portion of pork.
Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until thermometer registers 155 (slightly pink).
Remove from oven; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
