Instructions
Combine chickpeas, jicama and onions in medium bowl; set aside.
Pour dressing into blender.
Add fruit seasoning and 1/2 cup of the watermelon; blend 1 min. or until smooth.
Add to chickpea mixture; toss to coat.
Arrange remaining watermelon wedges on serving platter along with the cucumbers and tomatoes. Top with the chickpea mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
