Recommended wine: Sparkling Wine, Sparkling Rose
Sparkling Wine and Sparkling rosé are my top picks for Antipasti. If you're serving a selection of appetizers, you can't go wrong with these. Both are very food friendly and complement a variety of flavors. The Ca' del Bosco Franciacorta Cuvee Prestige with a 4.4 out of 5 star rating seems like a good match. It costs about 37 dollars per bottle.
Ca' del Bosco Franciacorta Cuvee Prestige
Brilliant gold. Complex nose combining fresh fruits (apple, pear), linden and notes of acacia honey and green tea. Wonderful exuberance on the palate that is firm, mineral, focused and ends on a dried almond note. An elegant wine.
