Pasta with Chicken-Vegetable Marinara Sauce
Past Head to the store and pick up seasoning, skinned, bell pepper, and a few other things to make it today. To use up the red wine vinegar you could follow this main course with the Cherry-Berry Pie as a dessert. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes around 45 minutes.
Instructions
Heat oil in a Dutch oven coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; saut 2 minutes.
Add chicken; saut 3 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce and next 6 ingredients (spaghetti sauce through mushrooms); bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
Garnish with thyme, if desired.
