La Ceiba Conch Soup
L It is perfect for Autumn. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes approximately 55 minutes.
Instructions
Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat.
Add yuca, carrots, onions, peppers and garlic; mix well. Cook 10 min., stirring frequently.
Add chicken broth and coconut milk; bring to boil. Simmer 15 min., stirring occasionaly.
Add bananas; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until bananas are soft, stirring frequently.
Stir in conch meat and cilantro; cook an additional 5 min. or until conch meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
