Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas
Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas takes roughly 45 minutes from beginning to end. One serving contains 759 calories, 51g of protein, and 39g of fat. This recipe serves 4. It works well as a Mexican main course. Head to the store and pick up enchilada sauce, flour tortillas, salad dressing, and a few other things to make it today.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, 3/4 cup of the cheese, dressing, sour cream and green chiles and stir until well blended. Divide the mixture evenly between the tortillas, and roll the tortillas.
Place the tortillas, seam side down in an oiled 9-inch baking dish. Spoon the enchilada sauce around the tortillas and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and is bubbly.
Recommended wine: Pinot Noir, Riesling, Sparkling Rose
Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Sparkling rosé are my top picks for Enchilada. Acidic white wines like riesling or low-tannin reds like pinot noir can work well with Mexican dishes. Sparkling rosé is a safe pairing too. You could try Shannon Ridge Buck Shack Bourbon Barrel Zinfandel. Reviewers quite like it with a 4.6 out of 5 star rating and a price of about 28 dollars per bottle.
