In large mixing bowl, whisk together cornflour, sorghum flour, cornstarch, dark brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum. In medium mixing bowl, whisk together milk, sweet potato puree, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
