Instructions
Place grapes in a zip-top plastic freezer bag; seal bag. (Do not remove grapes from stems.) Freeze completely (about 4 hours).
Gently stir together grape juice and lemonade concentrate in a large pitcher.
Add frozen grapes to pitcher.
