Instructions
In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and cornmeal.
Add water and mix well. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 12-in. pizza pan.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. stir in the water, chilies and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Spread beans over crust. Top with beef mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese. bake at 400° for 10 minutes longer or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion.
