Combine 1 teaspoon lemon rind, yogurt, and lemon curd in a small bowl.

Cut kiwifruit in half lengthwise; cut into 1/2-inch slices. Thread banana, kiwifruit, pineapple, and strawberries on 6-inch bamboo skewers.
