Instructions
Heat olive oil in medium skillet until almost smoking, then add shrimp and cook, turning once, until just cooked through, about 1 minute per side.
Remove with tongs or slotted spoon, leaving oil behind in skillet.
Allow oil to cool for a minute, then add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
