Weigh or lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
Combine flour, 1/4 cup ground almonds, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl.
Cut in butter with a pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle flour mixture into an 8-inch square metal baking pan lined with parchment paper and coated with baking spray; lightly press mixture into bottom of pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden. Cool crust completely on a wire rack.

Place cream cheeses in a medium bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth.
