Instructions
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add oil to pan; swirl to coat.
Add chorizo; saut for 2 minutes.
Remove chorizo from pan. Coat pan with cooking spray.
Add onion and jalapeo; saut 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salt, cumin, red pepper, and garlic; saut 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and beans; bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes. Mash to desired consistency. Spoon bean mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
