Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 13×9 inch metal pan with foil. Grease the bottom only.In a heavy small saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat. When halfway melted, reduce heat to low and add chocolate; stir until melted and smooth. Set aside.Sift together flour, baking powder and salt onto a sheet of paper or into a bowl.Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer on high speed for 5 minutes or until light yellow and fluffy, scraping side of the bowl occasionally.
Add warm chocolate mixture and vanilla to egg mixture. Beat on low speed until combined.
