Starbuck’s VIA Double Chocolate Cookies
You can never have too many dessert recipes, so give Starbuck’s VI A mixture of flour, cocoa, brown sugar, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so yummy. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes roughly 22 minutes.
Instructions
Melt chocolate in a double-boiler over barely simmering water. Stir in the coffee.
Combineflour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugarstogether until light and fluffy.
Add the melted chocolate to the butter mixture and stir well.
Addvanilla and egg to the chocolate mixture. Stir in the dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.Divide dough into 36 balls and place on a cookie sheet, but don’t flatten.
Bake at 325 F forabout eight minutes.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for five minutes.
Transfer to acooling rack.Makes 36 Cookies
