Southwest Fondue is It works well as a very affordable hor d'oeuvre. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes roughly 20 minutes. A mixture of pepper jack pasteurized cheese product, dippers: bread cubes, milk, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so flavorful.

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 8 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and cilantro.
