Overnight Sausage Strata
Overnight Sausage Strat A mixture of eggs, pepper, seasoning, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so scrumptious. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes around 1 hour.
Instructions
Place bread cubes in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
Drizzle with butter. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, mustard, Italian seasoning and pepper; mix well.
Pour over bread. Crumble sausage over top; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
