Greek Pasta Salad III
Greek Past Head to the store and pick up garlic powder, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and a few other things to make it today. This recipe is typical of Mediterranean cuisine. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes roughly 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Instructions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add rotini pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Mix together cooked pasta, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, mushrooms, tomatoes, Feta cheese, green onions and olives. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, serve cold.
