Instructions
In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks and extracts.
Combine flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Divide dough into four portions. Shape each into a ball, then flatten into a disk. Wrap each in plastic wrap; refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Place the cranberries, raisins and juice in a food processor; cover and process until finely chopped. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 12-in. circle; spread each with 1/2 cup cranberry mixture.
