Instructions
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute.
Remove from heat; cover and cool completely.
Press mixture through a fine sieve over a bowl, reserving mint syrup; discard mint leaves.
Combine mint syrup and milk; stir well.
