Chicken-Tortilla Soup
Chicken-Tortill It can be enjoyed any time, but it is especially good for Autumn. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes around 45 minutes. A mixture of baked tortilla chips, condensed tomato soup, worcestershire sauce, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so scrumptious. To use up the onion you could follow this main course with the Candy Corn Cupcakes as a dessert.
Instructions
Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add onion and garlic; saute 2 minutes. Stir in chicken and next 9 ingredients (chicken through tomato soup); bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour. Ladle soup into bowls; top with tortilla chips and sour cream.
