Instructions
In a Dutch oven, bring 1 in. of water to a boil.
Add asparagus; cover and boil for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain and immediately place asparagus in ice water.
In a large serving bowl, combine the asparagus, beans, red pepper, onion and parsley. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
