A. Rafanelli Dry Creek Zinfandel

A. Rafanelli is a legendary Dry Creek Valley Vintner. Their production is highly allocated between their mailing list customers, and long standing restaurant accounts. A few cases also make it to distributors and retailers, most of which also have long relationships with the winery. They make a Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Merlot, but Zinfandel is their calling card. Their Zinfandel is pretty much the benchmark for this variety, and put Dry Dreek Zinfandel on the map. This is a classically styled, well balanced Zinfandel that has excellent structure and good acidity. Unique among most Zinfandels, this is a wine that is built to age - impeccable balance.
