Instructions
Light a grill or heat a grill pan. In a small saucepan, bring the vinegar and honey to a simmer. Set aside.
Grill the figs over high heat, turning, until warmed through, about 4 minutes.
Transfer the figs to a large platter. Using a small sharp knife, split open the figs. Fold a basil leaf around each piece of feta and tuck it into a fig.
Pour the warm vinegar-honey mixture over the figs and serve.
