Pickled Shallots
Need A mixture of shallots, water, wine vinegar, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so flavorful. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes about 45 minutes.
Instructions
Bring water, vinegar, sugar, kosher salt, and dried crushed red pepper to a boil, whisking until sugar and salt are dissolved.
Pour over shallots in a sterilized canning jar. Cool to room temperature. Cover and chill 1 hour.
