Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain well.
Transfer to a large bowl.
While pasta cooks, melt margarine in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Add breadcrumbs, and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until breadcrumbs are lightly browned.
Remove from heat. Stir in parsley and rosemary. Set aside.
Add Parmesan dressing to pasta; toss gently.
Add breadcrumb mixture and cheese; toss gently.
