Instructions
Mix the salt with the flour, then layer ingredients in a 1 quart "wide mouth" canning jar. Press each layer firmly in place before adding the next. NOTE: Be sure to wipe out the inside of the jar with a dry paper towel after adding the cocoa powder.
Empty jar of brownie mix into a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly blend mix.
Add 2/3 cup vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 slightly beaten eggs.
Mix until completely blended.
Spread batter into a sprayed 9x9 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan.
