Instructions
Place butter, honey, brown sugar, and lime juice in small saucepan. Scrape in seeds from vanilla bean; add bean. Bring to simmer over medium heat, whisking until smooth. DO AHEAD Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
