Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine rice, 1 1/2 cups water, butter and salt and bring to a boil. Stir and cover; reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 50 to 55 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let stand for 10 minutes covered. Fluff with a fork and adjust seasoning if necessary. Use as desired.
