Instructions
Drain peaches and apricots, reserving juice. Set fruit aside.
Place allspice and cloves on a double thickness of cheesecloth; bring up corners of cloth and tie with kitchen string to form a bag. In a large saucepan, combine the brown sugar, vinegar and reserved juice.
Add spice bag and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil; boil for 5 minutes. Discard spice bag and cinnamon.
Add the pineapple, peaches and apricots. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until heated through.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
