Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 12 cup muffin tin with liners.In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
Add mashed bananas, dulce de leche, vanilla and egg.
Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips.
