Cumin-Scented Squash
You can never have too many side dish recipes, so give Cumin-Scented Squash If you have salt, squash, olive oil, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it.
Instructions
Place squash halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet; drizzle with oil.
Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
Cook cumin in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring and shaking often, 3 to 4 minutes or until fragrant.
Combine cumin, salt, and red pepper in a small bowl.
