Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet.
Bake for 6 minutes, until toasted.
Meanwhile, in a large stock pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion, celery, garlic, carrot, and broccoli.
