Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside.
Mix apples, sugar and margarine in large bowl.
Add egg product; mix well.
Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be thick.) gently stir in cranberries and walnuts.
Spread batter into greased 8x4-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand in pan 10 minutes.
