Instructions
Beat butter with a mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, vanilla, and salt, beating well.
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Gradually add flour to butter mixture, beating just until moist. Press flour mixture into bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon chips and pecans over flour mixture.
