Sprinkle chicken with salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon oregano.
Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add chicken; cook 8 minutes, browning on all sides.
Remove chicken from pan; drizzle with lime juice. Cover; keep warm.
