Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add onion and next 4 ingredients (through garlic) to pan; saut 5 minutes.
Add broth and remaining ingredients to pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
