Instructions
Bring 4 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan; add tea bags. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Cover and steep 10 minutes.
Remove and discard tea bags.
Pour into a 2-qt. pitcher; stir in 4 cups cold water and orange and lime wedges.
