Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a large pot and cook the pasta as directed on package.Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the onion and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the garlic and chili pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the wine and simmer for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes and oregano and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes
