Raspberry Glaze
Need A mixture of butter, raspberry preserves, onion, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so tasty. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes approximately 45 minutes.
Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat; add onion, and saut until tender. Stir in preserves, Jamaican Jerk Rub, and olive oil; cook, stirring often, 5 minutes or until preserves are melted. Stir in wine and vinegar. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
