Instructions
Combine 1/2 cup hot water and mushrooms; let stand 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add onion; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Add garlic; cook 30 seconds, stirring frequently.
