Instructions
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, cloves and allspice; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Shape into three 6-in. rolls; wrap each in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Preheat oven to 350°. Unwrap dough and cut into 1/4-in. slices.
