Dixie Caviar Cups
Dixie Caviar Cups is A mixture of plum tomato, black-eyed peas, dressing, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so yummy. It works well as a budget friendly hor d'oeuvre. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes roughly 15 minutes.
Instructions
Combine first 9 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag. Seal bag, and chill 24 hours; drain.
Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in cilantro. Spoon about 1 rounded Tbsp. mixture into each endive leaf. Dollop with sour cream.
*2 1/4 tsp. finely chopped pickled jalapeo peppers may be substituted.
