Instructions
Combine vinegar, 1 cup cranberries, and cinnamon in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; let stand 2 minutes. Stir in honey.
Using a citrus stripper or a paring knife, cut strips of rind from orange, reserving orange for other uses. Thread remaining 1 cup cranberries and orange rind on skewers; place in decorative bottles or jars.
Strain vinegar mixture, discarding cranberries.
