Instructions
Combine soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, thyme, and next 4 ingredients (thyme through pork); toss well to coat.
Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove from pan; keep warm.
