Cider Vinegar, and1/4 cup sugar to a boil ina medium saucepan overmedium heat; removefrom heat. Steep for30 minutes for berries torelease their juices. Strainthrough a fine-mesh sieveinto a glass jar, pressingon solids to extract asmuch liquid as possible.Cover; chill until cold.DO AHEAD: Concentratecan be made 3 daysahead. Keep chilled.
